- Take inbound and make outbound calls, giving clear and objective answers to questions about eligibility, policies, and access to care
- Handle escalated concerns with patience and professionalism
- Review and process documents related to income, identity, and eligibility verification
- Stay current on program policies and apply them accurately using your resource materials
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, consistent attendance
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
