[Remote] Legal Paid Consultant - Training, Attestation, Monitoring, Testing & Issue Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LinkedIn is seeking experienced compliance program, monitoring, testing professionals to provide expert insight as part of a project for their AI Marketplace. The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview explaining real-world workflows and decision-making in compliance training and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice
• This interview will focus on:
• Building and rolling out compliance training, attestations, role-based audience design, completion tracking, reminders, and audit evidence
• Measuring training effectiveness, communicating expectations, handling non-completion, and maintaining legally required training records
• Planning and executing monitoring and testing programmes, including sampling, evidence review, risk-based prioritisation, issue detection, and validation of findings
• Rating issues, escalating significant findings, tracking remediation through to closure, preventing repeat findings, and maintaining complete testing documentation
• You will be asked to explain workflows specifically within: compliance training, attestation, completion tracking, monitoring, testing, issue detection, remediation tracking, and audit evidence workflows

Skills

• 6+ years in compliance program management, compliance monitoring and testing, ethics and compliance operations, or controls testing
• Direct, hands-on experience in compliance training, attestation, completion tracking, monitoring, testing, issue detection, remediation tracking, and audit evidence workflows
• Experience making or influencing decisions related to training scope, audience selection, attestation requirements, monitoring plan, test frequency, sample selection, issue severity, escalation thresholds, and remediation closure criteria
• Familiarity with tools such as: NAVEX, Convercent, SAI360, Skillsoft, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream, Excel, Power BI
• Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
• Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, business, finance, compliance, security, procurement, product, engineering, or outside counsel stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
