They are seeking a Lead Healthcare Executive to serve as a primary clinical liaison, managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle's EHR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary clinical liaison to the project leadership team working with federal client implementing Oracle's EHR
- Responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions
- Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes
- An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions
- Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements
- Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace
- Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements
- Identifies areas for new solution offerings
- Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge
- Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals
- Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions
- Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
- May perform other duties as assigned

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
