[Remote] Advanced Trauma Training Program Manager

Ladgov Corporation is seeking an Advanced Trauma Training Program Manager responsible for planning and overseeing a comprehensive medical training program for the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command. The role involves ensuring the delivery of accredited trauma courses, managing training schedules, and coordinating instructor and student activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall execution of the Advanced Trauma Training program
- Develop and maintain the annual master training calendar
- Coordinate course schedules for approximately 2,500 students annually
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Government COR, instructors, and training facilities
- Coordinate student registration, onboarding, and orientation activities
- Maintain student attendance, certification, and completion records
- Monitor instructor qualifications and maintain current certification documentation
- Coordinate classroom facilities, simulation laboratories, medical equipment, and logistical support
- Ensure all required course materials are available prior to each training event
- Submit monthly training progress reports to the Government
- Track program performance, scheduling changes, and training throughput
- Coordinate certification issuance following successful course completion
- Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with applicable accreditation standards
- Ensure contract performance complies with all requirements established in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing medical education or healthcare training programs
- Experience coordinating multi-course training programs involving multiple instructors and large student populations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare training administration and records management
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- Experience preparing reports and maintaining training documentation
- Ability to coordinate with military personnel, healthcare facilities, and government representatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to obtain installation access and satisfy any Government security requirements
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
