Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and build targeted lists of prospective clients aligned with the firm's service offerings.
- Research and evaluate companies and decision-makers to determine fit before outreach begins.
- Source accurate contact information for executive and senior-level stakeholders.
- Draft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages using approved messaging frameworks.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns and manage prospect conversations professionally.
- Qualify interested prospects and escalate warm opportunities for follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities within the CRM.
- Organize and update lead data, contact records, and prospect statuses.
- Support weekly and monthly KPI targets related to prospect research and appointment setting.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members via Slack, email, and CRM platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and campaign effectiveness.
