Sales Development Representative - inbound & outbound

Fast replies. Sharp outreach. Big pipeline energy. We’re looking for a driven SDR who thrives in high-volume outreach and knows how to turn conversations into booked meetings. You’ll own the top of the funnel, engage fast-moving ecommerce brands, and help fuel a high-growth Hiretide-focused agency. This role is built for someone competitive, organized, and hungry to grow into a bigger sales role over time.

Location Latin America - Fully Remote Your Mission Day to Day Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads within 15–30 minutes via phone and SMS
• Run outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects based on revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service fit
• Book discovery calls for the sales team using provided workflows and templates
• Keep CRM activity fully updated and organized at all times
• Track outreach performance and hit weekly KPIs
• Share daily progress updates including replies, contacts reached, and meetings booked Your Toolbox Skills to be Successful
• 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with measurable results
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners across US-facing markets
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Highly organized with strong self-management skills
• Resilient mindset and confidence handling high-volume outreach
