[Remote] Utilities Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lumira Search is partnered with a fast-scaling AI + satellite data SaaS company that’s building a category-defining platform for infrastructure monitoring across utilities and energy. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving net new business across their territory, focusing on structured new business sales strategy and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory and execute a structured new business sales strategy
- Build pipeline from scratch through prospecting, outreach, and networking
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales processes (discovery → close)
- Apply MEDDPICC and value-based selling to complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Engage senior stakeholders across utilities and energy organisations
- Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Skills
- 8+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new logos
- Strong track record using MEDDPICC / structured sales methodologies
- A startup mindset — comfortable building, owning, and figuring things out
- Ability to operate independently and drive results in a lean environment
- Experience selling into utilities, energy, or infrastructure (highly preferred)
- Background or exposure to geospatial / data / technical products is a plus
