[Remote] Senior Account Executive - Restaurants

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and sales execution to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to deliver tailored solutions to key clients and achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding and addressing their needs
- Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations for key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and success
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Restaurant operations, sales, or management experience and/or training/certification
- 5 years + of sales or operational experience with complex SaS and hardware solutions and professional services or prior experience in the POS industry
- In-depth experience and understanding of the Restaurant market and related competition
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Experience working with C level individuals within the customer base
- Sales and/or Marketing experience with emphasis on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
- Experience in managing large-scale client accounts
- Ability to build and nurture high-impact client relationships
- Proven track record of successful project execution and revenue growth
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer ROI
- Excellent negotiation and influence skills
- Experience in leading client workshops and discovery sessions
- Ability to integrate client feedback into product and service development
