[Remote] ServiceNow Engineering Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineering Manager to join their team. This role involves leading and managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring strategic and operational ownership across multiple modules and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Act as the technical and functional point of contact for ServiceNow platform initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Skills
- 8 years of leading large-scale ServiceNow delivery and operational teams
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and security controls
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex process/systems issues through identification and analysis from root cause to strategy development and execution
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD certifications
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Agile Scrum environments
