[Remote] Remote - Associate Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CareHarmony is seeking an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles that support our patients and clients in the world of Chronic Care Management (CCM). The role involves high volume recruiting and requires excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to proactively engage with candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles that support our patients and clients in the world of Chronic Care Management (CCM)
- Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Interface with both the business and candidate
- Take initiative in recruiting core practices
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques
- Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience
- Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets
- Competitive with the desire to beat established KPI's and be a top performer
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases
- Minimum of one (2) year of previous work experience is required
- High-speed internet is required (satellite and 5G-based internet are not accepted)
- Previous Healthcare Recruiting is a plus
