[Remote] Senior Recruiting Manager

Frederick Fox is expanding, and they are seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager who excels in business development, client partnership, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on building relationships, managing client agreements, and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a personal book of business through outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their culture, priorities, and workforce needs
- Present service offerings, negotiate terms, and manage client agreements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication, updates, and performance metrics
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities across assigned verticals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and coordinating offers
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS platforms, and Boolean search to identify top talent
- Craft compelling outreach messages and job postings that attract high‑quality candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process with transparency and care
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to placement
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full desk executive recruitment, contract staffing, or consulting sales
- A proven track record of new‑business generation and long-term client retention
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- A self‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, performance‑oriented culture
- Experience with modern CRM and automation tools (Loxo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own desk and revenue goals
