Summary
Our growing Risk Management team is seeking an astute and capable analyst to support our risk management program. In this new role, the Enterprise Risk Analyst will work to help with the implementation and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management group's risk reputed company process to drive consistent risk identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring and reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their ability to understand key risk reputed company to help support risk tolerance, risk appetite, governance and strategic plans in reputed company for the organization. This is an on-site (non-remote) position based at our Plano, TX headquarters location. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor risk indicators and prepare regular risk reports for management
- Collaborate with business units to gather risk reputed company data and insights
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the risk dashboard and other reporting tools
- Support the development and enhancement of the reputed company reputed company and policies, including the risk appetite, KRI, KPI and risk metric inventory as well as the development and testing of limits
- Support the development of the Model, Market, Liquidity, Credit, Strategic, Operational and Vendor risk management programs
- Proactively work with business units to identify and assess operational risks
- Assist in the development of analytical tools to measure and monitor risks
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and emerging risks
- Prepare and present risk analysis reports for stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of and response to audits and regulatory reviews
- Assist with updating reputed company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications (Education, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or reputed company discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in risk management or a reputed company field preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with risk management frameworks and practices desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly reputed company reputed company concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
