[Remote] Scholars Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ECMC is a nonprofit corporation focused on helping students succeed. The Scholars Program Manager leads the execution and improvement of the ECMC Scholars Program, which supports students from high school through postsecondary completion, overseeing program outcomes and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end delivery and performance of the ECMC Scholars Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program goals
- Oversees scholarship operations, including eligibility tracking, fund distribution, and coordination with internal and external partners
- Drives program effectiveness through data analysis, defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and implementing continuous improvements
- Manages and optimizes program systems and tools (e.g., scholarship platform, Salesforce integration) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develops and maintains program infrastructure, including onboarding materials, agreements, and resources to support sustainability and growth
- Builds and manages relationships with school-based coordinators, postsecondary partners, and vendors to support consistent program delivery
- Provides training, guidance, and support to high school partners to ensure strong execution of program milestones and student engagement
- Leads design and delivery of student-facing programming, communications, and resources across the high school and postsecondary experience
- Oversees development and implementation of postsecondary coaching strategies, driving student persistence, engagement, and completion outcomes
- Serves as a subject matter expert on student success trends, identifying barriers and recommending enhancements to improve program impact
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in program, project, or relationship management
- Knowledge of college access, financial aid, or student success programming
- Experience working with diverse or underserved student populations
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Master's degree
- Experience in scholarship programs, nonprofit, or education-focused organizations
