[Remote] Senior Manager of Financial Systems

As the Senior Manager of Financial Systems, you will focus on optimizing financial systems and improving business process efficiency through automation and effective architecture while collaborating closely with the finance team to drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global finance and FP&A to develop best practices processes and system integrations to streamline processes and constantly improve the financial systems landscape including, but not limited to, the following systems and all related finance system integrations
- Manage finance system consulting and managed services financial system resources
- Partner with accounting, Workday and IT system developers and administrators, and FP&A teams to provide thought leadership and program management to design, develop, and deploy financial systems solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in financial systems
- Lead solutions optimization efforts, including search functions, scripting, and workflow automation
- Manage financial systems administration, ensuring effective integration and platform consolidation
- Develop, maintain, and document technical designs for financial systems, including workflows, exception handling, and test cases
- Monitor system integrations and integration issue resolution
- Provide technical expertise and serve as an escalation point for day-to-day support
- Evaluate financial systems, solutions, and features, identifying opportunities for improvement
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing business systems (ERP, integrations)
- 5+ years of experience with NetSuite, including administration, implementation, and support
- 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering financial SaaS solutions
- Flexibility with title and role level based on experience
- Experience in independently architecting and developing data synchronization solutions across NetSuite and other systems
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively
- Finance and accounting background
- Ability to work hands-on and strategically across teams to deliver results
- Expertise with tools like NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics
- Functional understanding of SuiteScript, and integration tools such as SuiteTalk and REST APIs is a plus
