[Remote] Litigation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DWS ProSearch is expanding its capabilities in litigation support and advisory services. The Litigation Consultant will act as a subject-matter expert, advising clients on litigation strategies and supporting business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert in client meetings, advising on litigation strategy, discovery, and trial presentation solutions
- Provide practical, experience-led insights to trial teams and legal stakeholders
- Support clients in navigating complex case dynamics and communication strategies
- Partner with sales teams to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement
- Contribute credibility and expertise in meetings with law firms, corporate counsel, and insurance clients
- Help articulate the value of consulting and litigation support services in a compelling, solutions-oriented manner
- Deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and client sessions
- Lead educational programs, workshops, and industry presentations
- Represent the organisation at conferences, webinars, and professional events
- Work cross-functionally to refine and enhance service offerings
- Provide insight into evolving litigation trends, client challenges, and market needs
- Contribute to the organisation’s positioning as a thought leader in litigation strategy and innovation
Skills
- Background as a litigation attorney or jury / litigation consultant
- Strong credibility with attorneys, trial teams, and legal decision-makers
- Deep understanding of litigation strategy, discovery processes, and complex case environments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Interested in transitioning from traditional legal practice into a strategic, client-facing role
- Comfortable operating in a consultative, sales-aligned environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building capability
