Project Operations – Product Specialist
Job Description:
- Act as a project management enablement resource across the entire CTI organization.
- Enable CTI teams to effectively project manage their own initiatives and processes.
- Provide hands on project management coaching and support.
- Support medium to large, cross functional initiatives.
- Promote consistent use of project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI.
- Support project close out activities, including documentation and lessons learned.
- Provide delivery and coordination support for Product & Pricing related Salesforce work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in project management, delivery enablement, business operations, or enterprise systems support.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to enable and coach teams on effective project management practices, standards, and ways of working.
- Experience working effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Hands on experience with modern project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce based commercial environments preferred.
