[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Moonshot is the “Robinhood for DeFi”—an iOS and Android app that lets anyone trade cryptocurrencies on-chain through a user-friendly interface. As a Lifecycle / Retention Manager, you will own the Braze platform and drive retention efforts through various messaging and promotional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own all lifecycle messaging in Braze (email, push, in-app, inbox)
- Build and maintain automated onboarding, retention, and win-back flows
- Create dynamic segmentation and triggered journeys
- Set up and monitor promotions and targeted incentives
- Own and grow loyalty and retention efforts across the in-app user experience
- Run A/B tests and weekly lifecycle experiments
- Track activation → retention → reactivation KPIs and report learnings
- Analyze customer behavior, retention metrics, and cohort lifetime value to identify insights and opportunities to help drive growth strategy
Skills
- 3+ years in Lifecycle / CRM / Retention for a consumer app
- Hands-on proficiency in Braze (canvas, segmentation, etc.)
- Familiarity with consumer app promotion design, fulfillment, and ROI analysis
- Experience moving metrics, not just sending messages
- Strong short-form copy instincts (mobile-first)
- Comfort using data to inform decisions
- Crypto / trading / sportsbook / DFS experience
- Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
