[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo, Ecommerce)

AD BRANDS is a fast-growing DTC brand in the fitness space, and they are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own Klaviyo end to end. The role involves building flows, planning campaigns, and turning the customer list into a predictable revenue stream through performance-driven retention marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize all core Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, etc.)
- Build and run a weekly/monthly campaign calendar
- Segment the list by behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage
- Write or brief email copy, subject lines, and offers
- Write creative briefs for creators everything film winning ads
- Run constant A/B tests and act fast on results
- Turn performance data into new ideas and iterations
- Protect deliverability and list health
- Drive list growth (pop-ups, lead magnets, quizzes)
- Partner with design to keep emails on-brand
- Monitor competitor ads and trends to identify new opportunities
- Use AI tools to speed up copy, segmentation, and testing
Skills
- 4+ years running email marketing for a DTC/e-commerce brand, ideally on Shopify
- Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
- Strong grasp of email metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per recipient)
- Experience writing or briefing high-converting copy
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use customer research and avatar frameworks to create emails
- Understanding of deliverability and list health
- Comfortable managing multiple flows/campaigns at once
