[Remote] Director of Business Development - CN
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CDL Nuclear Technologies is a national leader in cardiac imaging and nuclear medicine solutions, partnering with health systems across the country to expand access to advanced diagnostic care. The Director of Business Development will focus on building and growing relationships with hospital systems, securing new partnerships, and driving the adoption of CardioNavix technology within cardiac programs nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence across key markets
- Identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and increase utilization within existing hospital partners
- Oversee agreements from negotiation through implementation and ongoing account management
- Strengthen long-term partnerships by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth initiatives and product expansion
- Develop a strong understanding of CDL’s business model, performance drivers, and hospital market trends
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling into hospital systems, with exposure to IDNs and GPOs
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver client-focused solutions
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
