[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while ensuring hiring timelines are met
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Create and manage job postings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Continuously identify new sourcing channels and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Review resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and overall fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with interview summaries and recommendations
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process
- Prepare and extend employment offers to selected candidates
- Negotiate compensation within approved guidelines
- Successfully close candidates by addressing questions and overcoming objections
- Coordinate with Operations and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process after offer acceptance
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner
- Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
- Provide regular recruiting updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and talent market trends
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company hiring processes and applicable employment laws
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and increase hiring efficiency
- Represent InnoActive Group professionally throughout the recruitment process
- Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
- Help create an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
Skills
- Proven experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Strong experience conducting phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruiting partner
- Proven success managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment while meeting hiring deadlines
- Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, construction, project management, technology, or corporate roles
