[Remote] Director of Project Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Entegrata is a fast-growing startup transforming how the legal industry works with data. The Director of Project Management will lead customer-facing project management functions, manage customer implementation projects, and develop a team of Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Directly managing new customer onboarding projects end-to-end, owning the project plan, timeline, milestones, and cross-functional accountability across Implementation Engineering, Solution Engineering, BI Delivery, and other internal teams
- Leading major post-go-live engagements that require coordinated effort from multiple Entegrata teams, such as new module rollouts, large-scale data integrations, or platform expansions
- Designing and implementing the project management frameworks, templates, reporting standards, and tooling (Asana or similar) that the function needs to operate consistently and at scale
- Working across CXMs, Implementation Engineers, Solution Engineers, and BI Delivery resources to ensure the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time
- Identifying project risks early, building mitigation plans, and escalating to CX leadership before issues impact the customer experience or delivery timelines
- Maintaining clear, proactive communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders on project status, dependencies, and decisions needed
- Hiring, onboarding, and coaching Project Managers who will take on direct project ownership under your leadership
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or professional services delivery with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional software implementation projects in a SaaS or PaaS environment as a vendor
- Experience building PM processes, frameworks, or PMO functions — not just operating within existing ones
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or similar) and tools such as Asana, Linear, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management — you can align technical teams, customer project sponsors, and executive leadership around a shared delivery plan
- Experience managing or developing project-oriented team members
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts: how data moves between systems, data mapping, and the types of issues that arise during implementation
- Clear written and verbal communication; you document decisions, flag risks early, and keep status reporting concise and actionable
- Experience working with law firms or in the legal technology vertical
- Direct experience with legal systems including Elite 3E, Aderant, Iridium, Intapp, or similar
- Experience in an early-stage environment where processes need to be built or adjusted as the company scales
- Familiarity with Azure environments, cloud data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric), or lakehouse architecture concepts
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering organizations on delivery coordination
Benefits
- Hybrid or fully remote work options
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k plan
- Paid time off and company holidays
- Professional growth and development opportunities
- Occasional travel required (estimated ~10%), to be discussed
