[Remote] Affiliate Network Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform focused on managing and scaling revenue from affiliates and partnerships. The Network Operations Manager will serve as the technical backbone of the Everflow Marketplace, ensuring seamless integrations and optimized data flow between systems.
Responsibilities
- Traffic & Data Monitoring: Actively monitor marketplace traffic to identify and troubleshoot anomalies, technical spikes, or tracking discrepancies
- Performance Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical resource for publishers and internal teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues involving APIs, JS SDKs, and proprietary tracking
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to escalate critical bugs and provide field-based feedback to improve platform stability
- Knowledge Management: Maintain updated internal FAQs and technical documentation specifically tailored to marketplace and publisher integration best practices
Skills
- 3–5 years in an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Technical Solutions, or Network Operations role within the SaaS or Performance Marketing space
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including E-commerce & Shopping Carts: Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including Media Buying & Ad Networks: Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including CRMs & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including Performance Tracking: Expert understanding of tracking protocols, attribution models, and third-party tracking platforms
- A strategic problem-solver who enjoys digging into data to find root causes and a 'can-do' attitude toward fixing technical roadblocks
- Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear documentation and actionable steps for internal teams and publishers
- Comfortable troubleshooting web technologies (APIs, JS SDKs, HTML, and Browser DevTools) in a high-volume data environment
