[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jade Business Services (JBS) is seeking a Professional Services Account Manager / Account Executive to serve as the primary client-facing owner for assigned accounts. This role involves building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating the successful delivery of consulting and technology services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client-facing representative for assigned professional services accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, technology, and executive stakeholders
- Understand client business priorities, technology needs, transformation initiatives, and delivery challenges
- Identify opportunities for JBS services across AI, data platforms, cloud, SAP, analytics, application development, and managed services
- Coordinate with internal delivery, solution, and leadership teams to shape proposals, solution approaches, estimates, and client responses
- Manage account reviews, client check-ins, delivery updates, and growth discussions
- Support commercial discussions including pricing, statements of work, renewals, change requests, and service expansions
- Track account plans, pipeline opportunities, client issues, and revenue growth activity
- Ensure client concerns are addressed quickly by coordinating with delivery leadership and internal teams
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and develop account growth strategies
- Support new business development through prospecting, relationship building, and client introductions
- Maintain professional documentation of account activity, next steps, opportunities, risks, and follow-ups in CRM or internal tracking systems
Skills
- Experience in professional services, IT services, consulting, SaaS, cloud, data, AI, SAP, or digital transformation account management
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage business and technology stakeholders across multiple accounts
- Experience identifying opportunities, building pipeline, and supporting account growth
- Ability to understand client problems and position consulting/service-based solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Experience coordinating with delivery, solution architecture, recruiting, finance, and leadership teams
- Familiarity with SOWs, proposals, pricing discussions, renewals, and change requests
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and client issues simultaneously
- Experience using CRM or account tracking tools
- Experience selling or managing accounts for US-based clients
- Experience in energy, utilities, oil & gas, healthcare, financial services, or enterprise technology clients
- Experience with AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, SAP, application development, or managed services
- Prior experience working in a mid-sized consulting or IT services firm
- Ability to farm existing accounts and open new buying centers within client organizations
