[Remote] Microsoft Data & AI Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MCA Connect is a leading US-based solution partner in Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI. The Data & AI Account Executive is responsible for achieving bookings and revenue targets, driving client growth, and managing relationships to enhance operational efficiency using analytics and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Achieving bookings and revenue targets for MCA’s Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI services—spanning Microsoft Fabric and the broader Azure data platform, Power BI, Power Platform, and AI solutions
- Driving new and existing client growth by identifying high-value business problems, building executive-aligned solution roadmaps, and orchestrating pursuits from discovery through close
- Managing the entire sales lifecycle and driving revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new and expanding business with clients, primarily within the manufacturing sector
- Collaborating with Microsoft to co-sell and drive pipeline through strategic relationships and adding value
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to understand their business challenges and position solutions to meet objectives and solve business challenges
- Articulating the value proposition of Microsoft and MCA Connect offerings and tailoring communications to address the unique needs of each client with measurable business outcomes
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Leading a complex sales process that requires organization, attention to detail, diligence, and creative problem solving with a client-centric approach
- Working closely with the MCA Connect pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to provide a seamless transition from prospecting and sales to implementation, ensuring a positive outcome for clients
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets, including revenue goals, quarterly quotas, and other performance metrics
Skills
- Experienced Solution Seller with 5+ years' data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results
- Experience selling public cloud-based Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services
- Experience with Azure Cloud Platform
- Experience selling Analytics / Data Products and Services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or similar technologies
