Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth : Identify, engage, and close new clients, making a direct impact on Tutero's success by expanding our reach
- Sell to Families : Help parents find the perfect match for their child by explaining Tutero’s personalised 1:1 online tutoring services
- Collaborate with Tutors : Work closely with our tutors to ensure the lessons are tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
- Build and Lead a Team : As Tutero grows, recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team focused on delivering personalised tutoring solutions
Skills
- Proven track record of exceeding targets, especially in B2C sales focused on parents and families
- Motivated to make a significant impact, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow professionally
