Use this link to apply: https://www.foundersboost.com/jobs-apply About FoundersBoost FoundersBoost is a global startup accelerator dedicated to helping early-stage founders achieve Acceleration, Investment, and Revenue. Over the past eight years, we’ve launched more than 20 accelerator chapters across four continents and supported more than 600 startups that have gone on to raise more than $400M in funding. More than 80% of the startups we’ve supported have underrepresented founders. FoundersBoost runs both non-profit and for-profit initiatives. The Accelerator Through a partnership with MVMT Ventures, we’re launching a virtual Healthcare & Accessibility Accelerator. MVMT Ventures, an initiative focused on using innovation to tackle disability and the greater social determinants of health through a targeted half-billion-dollar fund. MVMT's vision is to support the most promising companies from the earliest stages through later rounds of growth, ensuring great founders have the resources they need to succeed. The Healthcare & Accessibility Accelerator is made more impactful through our first Center of Excellence in partnership with Los Angeles’ Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare innovation and health equity. This partnership will provide founders with access to healthcare expertise, data, strategic partners, and real-world environments where innovative solutions can be validated and refined. All startups will receive at least $50K in grant funding, and select startups will receive a $250K investment opportunity. They’ll also have the opportunity to pitch at our San Francisco Demo Day and at CES. All expenses are covered ($25K value), including a booth at CES. The Role We are seeking an experienced startup ecosystem leader to serve as our co-Director for our virtual Healthcare & Accessibility Accelerator, launching this fall. This is a highly visible, part-time leadership role (approximately 15 hours per week) for a seasoned operator, founder, investor, accelerator leader, or ecosystem builder with healthcare experience who can drive outcomes through influence, expertise, and strong networks. The co-Director will co-lead with one other co-Director and Program Manager and share overall ownership of the outcomes of the 6-week accelerator. In this role, you will serve as the primary representative of FoundersBoost within the ecosystem, leveraging your passion and deep understanding of the community to foster growth and innovation. Beyond typical accelerator recruiting and programming facilitation, you’ll be responsible for partnership engagement and coordination with MVMT Ventures and MLK Hospital. The accelerator culminates with in-person opportunities with a November Demo Day in SF and a January showcase at CES in Las Vegas. All travel expenses are covered.

What You'll Do
