Responsibilities
Connect with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, and expectations Explore vacation possibilities including resorts, cruises, guided tours, and customized travel experiences Prepare personalized travel recommendations and itinerary suggestions Assist with arranging accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation packages Provide timely responses to client questions and travel-related requests Coordinate reservations and booking details with supplier partners Review and manage itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation Maintain organized records of client communications and trip information Stay informed about destination developments, supplier programs, and promotional offers Deliver exceptional service designed to create a positive client experience
Qualifications
