Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator – Part-time
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Identify and engage potential candidates.
- Support recruiting operations and campaign efforts.
- Coordinate interview logistics.
- Maintain applicant tracking system data.
- Assist with candidate outreach, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
- Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications.
- Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Assist with reference checks, background check coordination, and other pre-employment activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience.
- Experience with working with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platforms
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.
