This professional is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between different teams, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of creativity, organizational skills, and marketing knowledge. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, an email marketing platforms, for creating and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website and campaign performance, including setting up goals, custom reports, and interpreting data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in event management and organization, including industry conferences as well as self-produced events.

Preferred

  • Graphic Design:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD).
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for layout and print design.
  • Website Management:
  • Proficiency in WordPress content management system.
  • Experience in creating and updating website content using WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website customization.
  • Familiarity with WordPress plugins and themes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common WordPress issues.
  • Understanding of healthy security update practices.
  • Video Editing:
  • Experience in editing and enhancing video content for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to add visual effects, transitions, and graphics to video projects.
  • Knowledge of video compression and formats for various platforms.
  • Social Media:
  • Experience in B2B LinkedIn marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging and shareable social media content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Healthcare Technology, Healthcare industry knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Content Development: Assist in creating and editing marketing content such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with the brand's messaging and guidelines.
  • Project Management: Tracks and maintains current records of all work, projects, including outlining milestones for future planning. Weekly reporting up to manager on project work, providing detailed status updates/reports.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Manage logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance metrics. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. Manage email lists, segmentation, A/B testing, and analyze campaign results to optimize future efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns stay within budget constraints.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring that messaging, design, and tone align with brand guidelines.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and agencies for services such as graphic design, printing, and advertising placements.
