About our team Product Studio helps organizations define, design, build, and scale products, services, experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities. The ability to communicate those ideas clearly is equally important. About the role We're looking for a Strategic Communication Designer to help turn complex thinking into clear, compelling communication. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, design, and business communication. You'll help shape proposals, RFP responses, executive presentations, workshop outputs, thought leadership, and client-facing narratives. You'll work closely with consultants, strategists, designers, and business leaders to transform ideas into stories that build understanding, confidence, and action. This is not simply a presentation design role. We're looking for someone who can help teams find the story, structure the message, clarify the ideas, and communicate them in ways that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Shape narratives for proposals, pursuits, RFP responses, executive presentations, and client engagements Transform complex information into clear, structured, and compelling stories Create presentations, visual frameworks, diagrams, and communication assets that improve understanding and decision-making Partner with consultants, strategists, designers, and business leaders to strengthen client-facing communication. Help teams communicate ideas with greater clarity, confidence, and impact Create executive narratives that connect business challenges, opportunities, and recommendations Establish reusable storytelling frameworks, templates, and communication standards Use AI and emerging technologies to improve the speed and quality of communication design
Qualifications
What We're Looking For Exceptional storytelling and communication skills Strong ability to structure complex information and create clear narratives Experience developing executive presentations, proposals, pursuits, thought leadership, or strategic communications Excellent visual communication and information design skills Strong business judgment and the ability to understand unfamiliar topics quickly Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts Experience communicating complex business, technology, product, or transformation concepts Extensive use of AI to accelerate research, synthesis, content creation, and communication workflows A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and communication craft Enterprise Context Matters Most of our work involves helping business and technology leaders make decisions about products, AI, transformation, customer experience, and innovation. Experience creating communication for enterprise, B2B, consulting, technology, software, product, or transformation-focused organizations is highly valuable. We're looking for people who can make sophisticated ideas accessible, memorable, and persuasive. AI and Emerging Technology The way people create, consume, and interact with information is changing rapidly. We're looking for someone who actively experiments with new tools and approaches and continuously improves how they communicate ideas. The goal is not to use AI for its own sake.
