Job Description
Product Content Specialist Working as a part of EMEA Digital Operations, the Product Content Specialist will be fully dedicated to a (set of) Business division(s)/brand(s) and be responsible for the set up and optimization of state-of-the-art digital product content tailored to meet the needs of our customers through the different digital touchpoints (social media, bCom, on-line retailers etc.). In this role, you will be responsible for the English master and country data set up and maintenance, translation coordination, display settings and improvements and be heavily involved in analysis to help build and enrich our digital presence with regards to product content across EMEA. Duties and responsibilities: Key focus is the digitization of content that has been provided by the Business Group (division/brand) in a complete, correct, compliant and consistent way. Support as key operational EMEA Product Content Specialist for one or more divisions/brands, to cover and organize any activity related to the upload and improvement of master data and country translations, including display settings, product technical data and configuration to optimize touch points in the customer journey on-line (social media, 3m.com, bCom, on-line retailers). Ensure consistency and governance for our product content across EMEA through project management, upload and maintenance of product data and multimedia within dedicated systems and platforms. Closely collaborate with the EMEA Business Digital Leaders and EMEA Product Managers to define and review digital Product Management plans and progress. When required cooperation with other teams in order to meet business goal; Provide ad-hoc analysis and reference materials. Consultation and education on BVS, product content including technical attributes, data inheritance, system functionality towards the BG/AMC and towards other DO teams as required. Be the PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms expert ready to adopt new tools/ways of work and escalate any platform issues to global capability teams as well as coordinate communication on resolution. Build network collaboration with key Business stakeholders, DO/IT support and output teams, global GPIM master data management, other Product Content and area GPIM Specialists to identify and leverage improvement opportunities, organize and implement necessary tasks. Create an atmosphere of sharing, team spirit to educate and raise level of digital expertise. Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification and implementation of continues improvements. Recommendations for continues process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and maximize value realization. Could take on some Team Leader responsibilities during Team Leader’s absence; Other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Team Manager in the area of Product Content management. Lead projects focused on service improvement, optimization and better data quality
