Internal Firm Services Team The Internal Firm Services (IFS) Department provides services for PwC network companies and clients worldwide, supporting key business and operational processes. The NL People Services Team supports a client in the Netherlands in implementing HR processes related to the employee lifecycle. The team operates in an international environment, providing comprehensive operational support and collaborating with various stakeholders on the client side. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing employee documentation (employment contracts, annexes)
- Entering and updating employee data in HR systems (Workday)
- Administrative support for the onboarding process of new employees, including organizing implementation elements
- Handling HR inquiries through the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Monitoring employment conditions and identifying custom cases
- Supporting HR change processes (salary changes, promotions, bonuses)
- Preparing documentation related to the termination of employment and offboarding support
- Ensuring the correctness of implemented processes and supporting team work quality
- Identifying process improvements and proposing optimization solutions
- Collaborating with HR teams (Recruitment, Payroll, Global Mobility) and HR Managers
Our requirements:
- Experience in HR operations
- Very good knowledge of English and Dutch (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Analytical skills
- Highly developed communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to organize work and set priorities
- Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment
- Knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow systems will be an additional asset.
