Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives and market penetration goals. Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned regions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of regional operations staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization. Manage budgets, P&Ls, and resource allocation for assigned regions to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role. Proven experience in successfully managing remote or hybrid teams. Strong understanding of operational best practices, supply chain management, and lean principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
