Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all catering operations, including event execution, staffing, logistics, and quality control. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. Lead, train, and mentor the catering operations team, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and best practices in

. Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, and administrative teams to ensure seamless event delivery and communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular staff training sessions on service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively to minimize impact on events.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in catering or event operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale catering operations and diverse event types. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility. Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, event logistics, and industry best practices. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities in
