Senior iOS Engineer

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

We are looking for an experienced iOS Engineer ready to step into a technical leadership role — someone who combines deep platform expertise with the communication skills and vision to guide a growing mobile team. This is a role where you will shape how our iOS and cross-platform mobile engineering operates, while staying hands-on with the code. We are FORM.com, a US-based company with engineering teams in Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine. Our platform combines task management with cutting-edge image recognition to help the world’s largest brands understand what’s happening on retail shelves in real time. Our mobile apps are at the heart of this — used daily by thousands of field teams across the globe. About Trax FORM powers the world’s two billion mobile workers as they change companies and industries for good, with mobile technology that improves execution from the frontline. FORM solutions include the AI-enabled task management platform GoSpotCheck, Trax’s image recognition technology, and FORM OpX, all of which activate and connect teams in the field – with leaders, missions, and each other – so they can deliver success in the enterprise. With more than 25 years of experience, FORM supports 100,000+ global users from some of the world’s more recognizable global brands in 45 countries.

Requirements

Your role will be: Developing and maintaining core features of the Trax iOS application used by retail field teams worldwide. Acting as the technical counterpart to the Mobile Engineering Manager — driving architecture decisions, code quality standards, and technical direction for the iOS team. Mentoring and supporting fellow engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance. Collaborating closely with Android, QA, backend, and ML/IR teams across the US, Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine. Contributing to cross-team technical discussions, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization. Identifying and driving improvements in build pipelines, testing strategies, and development workflows. Experimenting with emerging iOS technologies, including on-device ML, and camera/AR integrations. Great if you have (recommended): 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with Swift. Strong understanding of modern iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, multi-module projects). Track record of mentoring other engineers or leading technical initiatives. Experience working in international, distributed teams. Excellent communication skills — able to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Eagerness to take ownership beyond your own code — team processes, architecture decisions, and delivery outcomes. Nice-to-haves: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane). Familiarity with on-device ML frameworks (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite). Experience with ARKit or camera-based capture workflows. Background in retail tech, field service, or enterprise mobile applications. Experience profiling and optimizing app performance, battery usage, and network efficiency. Familiarity with cross-platform considerations (coordinating with Android/Kotlin teams on shared features). What We Offer: Full remote or hybrid work from our cozy office in Krakow. The option to enroll in a medical package on preferential terms. Subsidized English language courses. Company-provided work equipment. Opportunities for internal growth and career development. Access to internal learning resources. Compensation: 20,000 - 28,000 PLN per month. Exact compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and location within Poland.
