Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across B2B wholesale and industrial manufacturing markets. This role is critical in supporting content creation, campaign coordination, customer engagement, and marketing analytics to strengthen brand presence and improve client communication. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Marketing Support Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content for websites, product descriptions, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and social media. Organize and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publication. Source, edit, and organize images, graphics, and video assets for campaigns. Support the creation and optimization of marketing materials across digital channels. Digital Campaign Management Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist to implement campaigns across email, website, and social media. Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. Research competitor strategies, market trends, and best practices. Assist in improving SEO and SEM performance. Social Media and Website Management Manage social media accounts by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries. Monitor performance across social platforms and website traffic. Support content updates on company websites. Collect and analyze engagement data from websites, email campaigns, and live chat systems. Administrative and Sales Support Manage and segment marketing databases for lead generation and campaigns. Assist with client account activation on company platforms. Support custom pricing updates and client data management in ERP systems. Collaborate with sales teams to prepare marketing materials for client presentations. Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings. Technical Requirements Experience 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles. Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is preferred. Previous experience in content management and campaign coordination. Marketing and Analytics Experience with Google Analytics and digital campaign performance tracking. Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies. Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp. Understanding of CRM and ERP systems. Tools and Platforms Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP/CRM systems. Experience with live chat platforms such as Tidio. Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools like VEED.IO. Professional Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Creative thinking with strong brand awareness.
