[Remote] Work From Home Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking Work From Home Account Managers to join their sales team. In this role, you’ll support individuals and small businesses by helping them understand and access personalized financial solutions while managing communications and providing recommendations based on client goals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to clients and handle inbound inquiries
- Discuss client goals and align solutions accordingly
- Provide clear explanations of services and next steps
- Track activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRM
- Support retention efforts through ongoing communication
Skills
- Results and goal oriented
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles a plus
