[Remote] VP, Growth Activation

This role is focused on building and advancing the company's growth pipeline within pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations, creating long-term client relationships, and leading complex, high-value pursuits across brand and business units.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the growth pipeline across our marketing and communications capabilities, identifying and advancing enterprise-level opportunities with the potential to mature into long-term, multi-brand partnerships
- Proactively engage senior decision-makers across brand, portfolio, and enterprise levels to uncover unmet needs, transformation opportunities, and whitespace aligned to Inizio Evoke's integrated capabilities
- Lead AOR-oriented pursuit strategies, shaping long-range growth plans that move clients from initial engagement to strategic partner of record status
- Partner closely with Inizio Evoke leadership to position core offerings within cohesive, client-specific growth narratives
- Activate and orchestrate subject matter experts (SMEs) across disciplines at the right moments to demonstrate depth, credibility, and enterprise-scale thinking without over-selling or fragmenting the story
- Guide the transition from pursuit to partnership, working with Managing Directors and Client Growth leaders to convert wins into sustainable, anchor client relationships
- Serve as a feedback loop to the organization, identifying market signals, competitive dynamics, and client expectations that inform solution evolution and go-to-market strategy
- Represent Inizio Evoke externally through industry events, strategic partnerships, and senior-level forums, reinforcing the firm's position as a consultative, transformation-oriented partner
Skills
- 10+ years of experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, advertising, or communications agencies
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise growth, with a strong orientation toward new client acquisition and long-term account development (AOR, preferred partner, or enterprise relationships)
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing and transformation services, including brand, creative, omnichannel, insights, content, and data-driven solutions
- Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and earn trust with executive stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and transformation functions
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits, particularly those requiring patience, orchestration, and strategic sequencing over time
- Highly collaborative leadership style, with the ability to align internal teams, SMEs, and growth partners around a unified strategy
- Willingness to travel for client engagement, industry presence, and enterprise-level growth efforts
- Executive presence and credibility, able to represent Inizio Evoke as a strategic, consultative partner in high-stakes client conversations
