[Remote] Sr. Salesforce Product Manager (Sales & Service Cloud Implementation)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Progile Tech is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Salesforce Ecosystem. The role involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and technology teams, translating customer needs into product vision, and managing product backlogs to ensure successful implementation of product features.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between client key customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer needs and business objectives into product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog
- Act as the bridge between cross-functional stakeholders including business, customer service, marketing, UX, and engineering teams
- Define and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to support product development
- Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure successful implementation and release of product features across platforms including Salesforce, websites, customer service portals, and related digital solutions
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous product and customer experience improvements
- Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams
Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Experience working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical requirements and product solutions
- Strong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
- Greenfield Salesforce Sales cloud and Service cloud implementation experience
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms, enterprise applications, or CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple products or platforms simultaneously
- Sales cloud & Service cloud certifications
