Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to design and deliver change management initiatives that build organizational confidence and alignment through periods of strategic transformation
  • Partner with functional and business leaders to design and execute integration plans that protect acquired value and accelerate synergy capture

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with meaningful participation in 5–10 full-cycle M&A transactions (reputed company through reputed company and integration), and a proven track record contributing to reputed company deals end-to-end
  • Direct experience leading or materially contributing to investment committee and board-level discussions, including ownership of investment narratives and decision-driving materials
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading the full deal lifecycle — from reputed company through reputed company and integration — across 5–10 transactions; comfort with reputed company stages, not just sourcing or execution in isolation. Established network across investment banks, private equity firms, and intermediaries, with a track record of sourcing proprietary or differentiated opportunities
