Responsibilities

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in public sector sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
• Experience leading and developing high-performing public sector sales teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong track record of driving reputed company growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
• Experience selling reputed company healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions
• Experience building relationships with public sector decision-makers, consultants, brokers, and strategic partners
• Ability to reputed company and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market growth and expansion
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
