[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by managing a portfolio of key accounts and documenting successful use cases.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of Scale+ customers and their net revenue retention
- Work inside Jarvio alongside customers to get their operational work done
- Document every use case and build a library that makes it easy to transfer playbooks across accounts
- Track the happiness of every Scale+ customer and act before a problem becomes churn
- Feed what you learn back to the product and the team
Skills
- Deep Amazon expertise. You know listings, ads, inventory, and catalog work cold
- You are comfortable with AI tools like Jarvio and can train new users
- You communicate clearly with customers and with the internal team
- You're organized and turn messy customer work into a repeatable process
