[Remote] Solutions Architect-D365 Finance & Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paladin Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to lead the internal implementation, architecture, governance, and optimization of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. This role will serve as the strategic and technical lead for the ERP transformation initiative, ensuring scalable alignment between business operations and Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Define overall ERP solution strategy across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Reporting & Analytics, Security & Compliance, and Data Governance
- Partner with executive stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- Own ERP governance framework including release management, environment strategy, Lifecycle Services (LCS), deployment standards, and change control
- Define and oversee RICEW objects including Reports, Integrations, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows
- Design integrations between D365 F&O and Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party platforms
- Lead data migration strategy, validation, and governance
- Oversee security architecture, role design, and segregation of duties
- Guide testing strategy, UAT readiness, and production deployment planning
- Mentor developers, consultants, and implementation resources
Skills
- SME-level D365 Experience
- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience
- 5+ years specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation
- Strong expertise in ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, and governance
- Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience
