[Remote] Sr. Analyst, MO Trade Proc HFS

The role involves managing the middle office trade support functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades and reconciliations for hedge funds and institutional investors.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily review of reconciliations and execute controls to analyze and understand all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations
- Efficiently coordinates break resolution process between client, operations teams, and custodian banks
- Affirmation/Confirmation of equity & fixed income securities in US and International Markets
- Manage the settlement of various securities by liaising with brokers and addressing discrepancies in SSIs and trade details
- Review and monitor trading activity to ensure accurate trade details are submitted to the market
- Ensure accuracy of transaction agreements and modifications
- Works closely with implementation team to ensure seamless handoff and setup of new client accounts
- Assists with project work related to increasing efficiency and improving control environment
- Prioritize time accordingly to action trade breaks by end of day
- Effectively address a number of internal and external audiences in a professional manner
- Assist in the training of personnel internationally
- Perform other related duties as required
Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or relevant proven work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

- 1-3 years of experience in financial services industry
