[Remote] Social Media Manager_Part time

They are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage the corporate social media program, ensuring consistent engagement and publishing across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other corporate social media channels using Sprout Social
- Manage the corporate social media calendar and coordinate publishing schedules
- Administer and publish content through Sprout Social Employee Advocacy
- Monitor social channels for comments, mentions, and engagement opportunities, escalating issues when appropriate
- Collaborate with marketing, public relations, product marketing, and internal stakeholders to publish timely, accurate content
- Optimize posts for each platform, including copy, hashtags, tagging, and creative assets
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using Sprout Social analytics
- Support social promotion for webinars, product launches, events, thought leadership, and corporate announcements
- Ensure all published content aligns with company brand standards and messaging
Skills
- 4-7+ years of experience managing corporate social media for a B2B organization
- Hands-on experience with Sprout Social, including publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Experience managing Sprout Social Employee Advocacy
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other business-focused social platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and subject matter experts
- Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, agriculture, energy, weather, or industrial organizations
- Experience using Wrike or a similar project management platform to manage content calendars, creative requests, and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with social media governance and approval workflows
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic image editing
