[Remote] Senior Salesforce Administrator

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for administration and support of Salesforce, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient solutions while mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support other administrators and team members
- Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Configure and support Salesforce embedded applications and integrations such as Conga
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes using Salesforce best practices
- Manage support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while adhering to change control processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
- Document system configurations, processes, and training materials; support end-user training and adoption
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Skills
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, especially Flow Builder (must be able to demonstrate)
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App builder certifications are required
- Experience supporting Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ETL tools and third-party applications
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone) with occasional evening/weekend support for major releases
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for code review and testing
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud a major plus
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Bonus points if you have experience leveraging AI or automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality
