[Remote] Senior Program Manager, Dedicated Workplace Teams

The Senior Program Manager, Workplace Teams will lead program management for a dedicated customer onsite program, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and progress against customer commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead program management for a dedicated onsite program, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through
- Serve as the primary operational lead, ensuring progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations
- Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams
- Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and other partners to support strong program management
- Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs
- Review and integrate cross-functional inputs to ensure plans and materials reflect customer context and priorities
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to customer contacts and support customer readiness, change management, and adoption
- Partner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitments
- Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles
- Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
- Strong operational judgment and ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps
- Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions
- Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution
