[Remote] National Account Executive

The National Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing key national accounts, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing key national accounts
- Building long-term relationships with client organizations
- Identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of CreateAbility’s solutions
- Conducting prospecting and outreach
- Leading product presentations and demonstrations
- Coordinating proposals
- Negotiating contracts
- Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through close
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support
- Monitoring industry trends
- Attending relevant events
- Providing feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in national or key account management, consultative selling, and long-term relationship building with organizational clients
- Strong skills in solution-based sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation within a B2B or healthcare-related environment
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations, deliver clear presentations to diverse stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts in accessible terms
- Comfort working with software or technology solutions, including basic proficiency with CRM systems, productivity tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience working with healthcare, human services, or organizations serving older adults or individuals with disabilities is highly beneficial
