[Remote] Senior ERP Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Recruitment is representing a well-established ERP consulting firm that has been successful for over three decades. They are seeking an experienced ERP Account Executive who will focus on developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships within the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
- Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges, organizational priorities, and buying processes
- Build relationships with executive leadership, including owners, presidents, CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders
- Deliver presentations and high-level software demonstrations with support from the technical team when appropriate
- Develop proposals, pricing, and solution recommendations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity history within the CRM
- Collaborate closely with consulting, technical, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Stay current on ERP technology trends and the evolving needs of manufacturing and distribution organizations
Skills
- Approximately 6+ years of experience selling ERP software or ERP consulting services
- Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing, job shop, or distribution organizations
- Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate value to executive-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance & Operations, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, Global Shop Solutions, or similar enterprise software solutions
