[Remote] Growth Enablement – Sales Enablement Senior Associate (Fully Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swoon is seeking a Sales Enablement Senior Associate to enhance sales performance through better processes and training. The role involves collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop enablement strategies and improve the overall seller experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver sales enablement initiatives that improve productivity and performance
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and enablement content
- Support onboarding programs for new sales team members and ongoing learning initiatives
- Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend coaching or training solutions
- Analyze sales performance metrics and enablement program effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sellers have up-to-date messaging, tools, and resources
- Help manage enablement platforms, documentation, and knowledge repositories
- Assist with change management and communication for new sales processes and initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, consulting, or a related business function
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience creating training content, documentation, and sales resources
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
